Hi,
I'm looking for a Mac user with a little time. A customer of mine says his
website does not open on a Mac. I asked for more information, a screenshot,
anything basically but no reply yet. So I was wondering if it were really
true and if someone out there was prepared to assist me?
My question is if there is perhaps 1 or 2 persons willing to take a look at
their website and perhaps email me a few screenshots?
I would appreciate it if you could drop me a line so I can let you know the
URL of the website.
Thanking you in advance,
William

Note: there are MS websites I can't open with Mozilla from my Mac. It
came with IE as well(which I normally only use to double check how
additions to my website look in another browser), so I know that's
where the problem lies, since the old IE DOES open such sites.

Post the URL.
If the browser is older and you are using a lot of JS there is a
possibility that the page will not open or display correctly. That is
because some older Mac browser did not support JS or later versions of
JS and they simply don't know what to do.
Alternately, there could be a DNS issue local to his access that is
preventing the web site form being found. >> Stay informed about: Mac user? Need help - website problem |

It is also possible to block reception of a non-preferred web browser
from accessing a site.
I know plenty of sites that do that.

In the cases I've encountered, the non-preferred browser seems to be
"anything but M$", since Netscape doesn't work, either, though the old
M$ IE does.
