Anyone know how to get a still off a video in iMovie or iDVD 5.

In iMovie HD (iLife '05) under the File menu is the Save Frame option.
You can save the frame as a .jpg or .pict. Can't say whether iMovie 4
had this feature or not. It probably does.

CNN Video - I'm puzzled as to why CNN Video clips load in a separate QuickTime window vice in the embedded player. I notice the same behavior in both Firefox and Safari.
